Job Description:

Well funded healthcare startup with plans for leadership role in a cutting edge technology seeks a business development associate. Strong experience with financial modeling in a corporate finance setting is a prerequisite for this role. This individual will assist senior management in all facets of capital raising, including structuring ,negotiating, and liaising with potential investors and lenders. Additionally this person will execute due diligence to obtain debt and equity financing for joint ventures. Extensive experience in financial modeling, corporate finance, and strategic analysis is required. An MBA is a plus though not required. This is a truly outstanding ground floor opportunity in a high growth environment. Compensation package will include base, bonus and equity participation. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years as an analyst in Investment Banking, and have very strong quantitative skills. The focus of this role will be financial modeling, so we really need a candidate who enjoys and excels at modeling and is comfortable with that aspect being the dominant part of their job. Healthcare is a plus, but I will consider other industries.
