Job Description:

Fast growing  future industry leader in cancer therapy is looking for an individual who has run and managed complex transactions, ideally at the VP level at in investment bank, private equity shop, or similar.  Very strong financial and modeling skills are critical to this role.  Additional responsibilities include:

• Ability to build, work with and expand financial models
• Execute due diligence to obtain debt and equity financing for clinical partnerships
• Structure partnerships with clinical partners and hospitals
• Conduct financial and operational analyses
• Work independently in an entrepreneurial environment
