Growing International Pharmaceutical Company with an increasing pipeline is adding to their legal team and seeking an attorney with 4- 6 years experience that should include working in a pharmaceutical corporation.

The counsel will handle a wide range of legal matters, which includes, (not limited to):

Supporting company’s products, drug safety and sales & marketing team. Drafting & negotiating on verity of contracts, transactional matters.  Fraud & abuse, know of FDA regulatory.  Ability to communicate effectively with sales personnel, including sales training and strong client relationship skills.

Must be able to mutitask, work as effectively as team member/player, and communicate with all levels of management. Excellent writing, organizational and analytical skilled.   JD with at least one start bar.
