Job Description: 

Well-established area company seeks solid, energetic, multi-tasking generalist for two production facilities, totaling three hundred employees.  Emphasis will be on Employee Relations and Staffing (both exempt and non-exempt); however, a well-rounded background is desirable, as there will also be HR strategy implementation, training initiatives, and on-site compensation and benefits consultation components to this position. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, this is a very promotable spot within this large organization. Requires 6+ years experience in a Generalist role, serving at least a employee population of 100+. Bachelor’s Degree also required. Background in Manufacturing or Hospitality is a +, but not required.
