Job Description:

$150MM Healthcare Facility based in the Chicago area is looking to hire a President to provide leadership and direction for overall operations.  The President is responsible for overall operation and performance of the facility, including program delivery, new program development, performance management, budget development, and revenue management and enhancement.  The President is the chief external advocate for customers, agencies, groups and the community-at-large as the chief advocate for their services in legislative, philanthropic, third-party payer and community settings.  Also the President will be responsible for oversight and for ensuring compliance with all regulatory authorities and ensuring appropriate competency and licensure of center personnel.

This is a tremendous opportunity for a dynamic individual.  Qualified applicants will have very strong leadership skills and experience, as well as a profound understanding of the challenges of the healthcare industry.   Although relocation assistance may be available, our preference is for someone with established ties to the medical community in the Chicago area.
