Job Description:

Industry leading, dynamic Engineering, Planning and Construction Management firm seeks a site Quality Control Manager for a major multi-billion bridge & tunnel-related construction project expected to last for several years.

Major areas of responsibility include implementation and development of Quality Management systems, preparing project procedures and checklists in order to ensure compliance with state regulations, ensuring that all Quality records are in place, and implementing knowledge of ISO Quality Management procedures.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, and P.E. registration in New York, New Jersey or Pennsylvania. A minimum of 10 years experience implementing, developing and managing a Quality Management System in a design engineering environment is also required. A certified Quality Auditor or Certified Quality Engineer is preferred but not required.

This position can be based in either New York City or New Jersey.
