Global market leader of innovative, high quality diagnostic imaging and therapeutic medical devices seeks healthcare compliance attorney for senior management leadership position.

In this position, Senior Attorney & Director Compliance Programs will oversee, manage, identify and implement improvements to company’s overall global corporate compliance program.  

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provide legal advice on general & healthcare legal compliance issues.
•  Identifying and implementing improvements to corporate compliance program; managing risk, implementation new policies & SOP’s, providing guidelines to business and departments
• Managing Corporate Compliance program by determining all agenda topics for Compliance & Ethics Advisory Board.
• Preparing materials for the Board of Director’s meetings, serving as company’s representation on Corporation policy review committee.
• Overseeing the Corporate Integrity Agreement with the Office of Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services.

Requirements:
JD, 6 + years legal experience; healthcare laws; at least some compliance experience; anti-kickback statutes.  Dedicated to meeting expectations of internal & external customers.  Experience designing, implementing, and managing a corporate compliance program, preferred. Strong business acumen with a focus on understanding business on a global scale.  Demonstrated ability to bring creative ideas to the market while using good judgment.  Ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influencing.
