Global Engineering Giant currently seeks a Senior Supervising Electrical Engineer-Protection & Controls.

In this position, the right candidate will be a Production Unit Lead and/or Lead Discipline Engineer-Systems Protection and Control. He/she will be responsible in developing proposal estimates, providing input to scope documents, preparing project task plans, developing production methods, directing production work, providing technical direction and providing feedback to TN management on work status and performance.

The candidate will perform independent audits on technical work and implement corrective action to enhance performance. He/she will also supervise or mentor subordinates and provide input regarding performance.

Requirements:
15+ years experience in protection and control engineering for switchyards and substations. The candidate must possess supervisory experience. A PE is required.
Demonstrated ability to cost and manage TN projects. Significant substation design experience and supervisory experience required.
