Job Description:

Our client, a World Leader in Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals is offering a career opportunity for a Senior Manager to join their organization as a Key Account Manager. This individual will be a key member of the firm’s internal management consulting group which provides business process and reengineering services to various groups across the enterprise. This person will be responsible for technical, financial and quality aspects of multiple projects. Additional responsibilities will be for the formulation of a technology strategy and the application of this strategy and other management principals. This individual will be interfacing heavily with regional and divisional management. In addition, this employee will be responsible for global/regional business partner relationships and Account Management. Will be very involved in leading business process improvements on a global/regional basis. Also, this person will work with Delivery Management to define projects and oversee project and service delivery. 

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of direct business information systems deployment experience, leading organizations and/or large teams. Must be very heavy in business process improvement and IT Strategy. Should have an  in-depth knowledge and experience with multiple SAP modules and some exposure to Business Intelligence. Prior management consulting or other customer facing project management is essential. Experience with Siebel, CRM, Sales Force tools, Sales and Marketing are plusses.
