Job Description:
Top global Financial Services company seeks Private Client Training Manager, who will lead strategic initiatives as well as develop, design and deliver training material for new hire and on-going training for Associates within the Private Client Group. Topics covered will include firm culture, industry & firm rules, regulations, policies and procedures as well as communication skills and business etiquette. Reporting directly to the head of Private Client Training, this also represents an excellent growth opportunity for the career-minded candidate as the company is in the midst of a highly successful broad-based T&D initiative.
More specifically, responsibilities in this position will include (but not be limited to):
--Develop and maintain material for procedural core skills training; coordinate and facilitate delivery of week-long training sessions for associates each month
--Develop and maintain material for On-Boarding training (culture, history, services); coordinate and facilitate week-long training sessions five times per year
--Develop and maintain material for Advanced Training (advanced services); coordinate and facilitate week-long training sessions three times per year; complete assessments for all participants
--Provide “Train the Trainer” sessions for tenured associates who assist during Procedural Training
--Serve as on-going resource for trainees
The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years related Training experience, of which a significant portion MUST be in the Financial Services industry. Bachelors Degree required. Strong presentation and facilitation skills as well as the ability to cite a demonstrated record of professional success are essential.
