Job Description:
One of the world’s largest engineering and project delivery firms, servicing the global resource, energy and infrastructure markets is currently seeking a Transmission Line Senior Manager. The global engineering giant provides engineering, procurement, construction management, program management and consultancy services to clients in the Hydrocarbons, Power, Minerals and Metals and Infrastructure sectors.
Responsibilities include: Prepare engineering and design deliverables for HV transmission lines including plan and profiles, structure analysis, foundation design, material selection and construction specifications. Mentor and develop junior engineers. Assist environmental engineers to prepare state applications for transmission lines. |

Requirements |
||
Extensive experience in the licensing and engineering of high voltage transmission lines up to 500 kV. Must be fully conversant with PLS-CADD. PE license is required. Applicant must be resourceful self-starter able to work both independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision. Must have good verbal and written communication skills, a proactive attitude and be open to occasional travel or short-term out-of-town assignments. |
