Job Description:

Fast growing healthcare technology firm is looking for a VP of Human Resources, responsible for driving all of the company’s Human Resources policies, objectives, and initiatives.  This position will be responsible for a broad spectrum of services including, but not limited to: employment, placement, orientation and training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management. This is a vital position for a company prepared to take a leadership role in the healthcare industry, and we are looking for a unique combination of skills, intelligence, and personality.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of ten years in a Human Resources leadership role with exposure to the healthcare industry.   Master’s degree is strongly preferred.  Compensation package will include competitive salary and bonus, excellent benefits, and an equity position with the company.  Serious applicants only.
