Job Description:

Fast growing dynamic healthcare company is looking for a Manager of Human Resources with strong experience on the staffing side to partner with managers in developing integrated sourcing and recruiting strategies to support the company’s human capital needs, as well as support the VP in employee relations, compensation, and organizational develoment. This individual will handle the centralized external and internal recruiting for select positions at all levels, and the coordination of these activities from approval process to hire.  

Ideal candidates will have strong experience recruiting at all levels, excellent leadership skills, established relationships, and experience and understanding of the healthcare environment. Additional experience with compensation and employee relations would be a plus.  Serious inquiries only.
